Depends on the flavor

This is all personal preference. I definitely like some of the flavors more than others. I wish it have more B vitamins in it, again just personally what I am looking for.

The order never arrived and the label wasn't created until a week later. No one answer emails. Ended up ordering from Amazon and got it in less than a day. Was trying to cut the middle vendor but doesn't seem like they care.
