Refund policy
We have a 90-day First Order return policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return for one (1) unopened pouch of Nectar (30 sticks). Unopened means the top seal of the bag has not been torn. Shipping costs to return the item are not included.
Orders may take up to 4 business days to be processed before shipping
Recurring subscription orders will be charged $5.95 for shipping and handling
Orders purchased with the intent of resale, or by a person who has previously resold Nectar items, are not eligible for refund under any circumstances, even if these orders were never shipped. Initiating a credit card chargeback voids your right to a refund. No orders connected with a credit card chargeback will be refunded.
Packages that are refused upon delivery or marked as "Return to Sender" are not eligible for a refund. Once a package has been dispatched and either rejected by the recipient or returned by the carrier, we are unable to issue any form of reimbursement.
Due to the significant discount applied to your first subscription order, we do not offer refunds on subsequent subscription orders. If you subscribed to a product and do not cancel your subscription, we are unable to provide a refund for any 'refill' orders that have been placed and paid for.
Additional orders beyond the first order placed by any customer are not eligible for refund. Free gifts are limited to one per customer.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
